FEB UNS Staff Participate in Achievement Motivation Training, FEB is a Family

Focus, focus, focus
The academic support staff of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) participated in the Achievement Motivation Training (AMT) held in Wonosobo, October 14-15, 2023. The event, which was attended by more than 50 FEB staff, was also attended by FEB leaders.
The event began with outbound activities to train the staff to be more disciplined, focused, meticulous, and able to work together to maintain unity. After the outbound, the staff participated in motivational activities from FEB leaders.

Those who make mistake will get a penalty
Dr. Djuminah, M.Si. Ak., Vice-Dean of Human Resources, Finance, and Logistics FEB UNS in her remarks said that the AMT activity is a routine agenda held every year. Hopefully, the games given during the outbound can leave an impression and the results can be applied on campus, especially for reflex and spontaneous actions.

1st Place Outbound
“Hopefully, the results of the outbound can leave a lasting impression on the academic support staff. Sometimes when working there are very urgent things, that need reflex or spontaneous actions. If there is someone who greets or asks for help, they immediately need to serve, don’t focus too much on job descriptions only. We need to normalize giving greetings to anyone, especially for outsiders who do not know the campus situation and need services. Let us always introspect while remaining confident, we together increase our motivation and commitment. Together we can, FEB Jaya!” she motivated.
Dr. Djuminah also gave the opportunity to the staff to convey one or two words of message and impression towards the outbound activity as an initial AMT activity.
Solidarity, excellent service, complete, continue, work spirit, refreshing again, totality, success, tolerance, caring for each other, solid, consistent, cooperation, and sincere in working are positive words expressed by the staff summarized during outbound activities.

2nd Place Outbound
At the end of her remarks, Dr. Djuminah prayed that the academic community of FEB UNS would always be given physical and mental strength as well as intellectual faith in carrying out our respective mandates.
Meanwhile, Dr. Dwi Prasetyani, Vice-Dean of Academic and Student Affairs FEB UNS expressed the warmth for being in the big family of FEB.
“Since I became a student until becoming a teaching staff at FEB, I feel very happy being in the midst of FEB, a faculty that can provide warmth, FEB is family, let’s make this expression a culture, FEB is family,” she said.

Staff Delivers Their Impressions and Messages
Iwan Kusmartono, S.H., Coordinator of Administrative Affairs FEB added that in working, staff should give their best. “Give your best for our institution, FEB UNS. Whatever form of greeting and any input that comes to us should not be considered as something bad. Input will become feedback on how we provide services. If we do good then it will return to us if we do not do good then it will also return to us,” he said.
Iwan hopes that FEB staff will always be unified more sympathetic and empathetic in providing academic services at FEB, assisting the leaders to implement all programs and plans for the future to be even better.
