ACTIVE 2025: A Platform for Collaboration and Competition to Strengthen Youth Competitiveness

Accounting Study Program Student Association of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS), organized the Accounting Society in Versatility (ACTIVE) 2025, a national-scale program carrying the theme “Youth Empowered in United for Economics Transformation.” This program featured five main agendas: the National Talkshow, Business Plan Competition (BPC), Accounting Competition for College Students (ACCESS), Field Trip, and Indonesian Cultural Gathering Night (ICGN).

The agenda was held in two stages: the National Talkshow on 12 October 2025 at the UNS Inn Ballroom, followed by BPC, ACCESS, and ICGN on 26–27 October 2025 at FEB UNS. Delegates also joined a Field Trip to Kampung Batik Laweyan and the Museum of the Press Monument to explore the cultural and historical heritage of Surakarta.

As a national event, ACTIVE 2025 attracted participants from various universities across Indonesia. It served as a platform for capacity building, networking, and competition, bringing together highly competitive young talents. The initiative aims to encourage students to think creatively and take concrete actions in responding to economic transformation toward Indonesia Emas 2045.

ACTIVE 2025 UNSThe National Talkshow carried the theme “Lead the Leap: Bridging Ambition and Action for an Impactful Future,” featuring three speakers: Shafa Salsabila, Malaikha Dayanara, and Budi Santoso, S.E., Ak.

Two major competitions were also held, namely the BPC—consisting of three selection stages: BMC, proposal, and pitching deck—and ACCESS, which included preliminary and final rounds. The series concluded with ICGN, an appreciation night celebrating Indonesian cultural diversity.

ACTIVE 2025 supports the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), through capacity enhancement, creativity development, and competency strengthening in economics and entrepreneurship.
