In her direction, the Vice Dean for Human Resources, Finance, and Logistics, Dr. Djuminah, M.Si., Ak., conveyed that this activity is a forum for maintaining close relationships between leaders and subordinates.

In this activity, Dr. Djuminah also opened opportunities for discussion, conveying numerous inputs and topics to be discussed for the benefit of FEB.

Meanwhile, Iwan Kusmartono, S.H., Coordinator of Administration Affairs reminded the staff of the duties and functions of security personnel.

“The duties and functions of security personnel are to safeguard and make all occupants feel safe and comfortable. As a public servant, the mindset of semi-military security personnel, which is usually associated with fierce and tough character needs to be transformed into a security personnel character who provides hospitality, smiles, and greetings, while still maintaining vigilance. When there are unknown people entering the FEB environment, stay alert and ensure their needs and if necessary, coordinate with related units,” he explained.

Furthermore, with the openness of information, everyone will find it very easy to give assessments and can freely spread mistakes to social media. Hopefully, all employees including security personnel will be more careful in providing services, maintaining attitudes to provide the best for users or customers.

In terms of work coordination, Iwan also emphasized that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) need to be applied. Work coordination or information delivery should be done in accordance with the designated mechanism, making it more controlled.

Several directions were also given by the Sub Coordinator for Academic Affairs, Nur Hariawan, S.H., and Sub Coordinator for Non-Academic Affairs, Ardi Wikanto, S.E., Ak., M.A.P. The security personnel who attended the session alternately were also given the opportunity to express their opinions, suggestions, and inputs.
