Career is the main responsibility of the ICD FEB UNS related to the job preparation, mapping/alumni tracing, and users’ information. These responsibility is implemented in the form of Pre Job Training, Tracer Study, and Tracer User. Moreover, the ICD FEB UNS also provide supporting data for study program accreditation process.

The Pre-Job Training aims to provide a specific skill for the students regarding job selection, technique and strategy is facing selection process, which will determine the graduates’ success in obtaining the appropriate job. The Pre-Job Training is expected to improve the graduates’ competitiveness in the working world and enhancing their confidence. This training is organized bi-annually inviting practitioners and users.

Tracer study aims to track the alumni of FEB UNS. This conducted to all graduates after the N-1 (a year before the tracer is conducted). The indicators measured in this  yang tracer study are the number of alumni graduated, alumni planned to continue study, alumni who recently changed their job, the information source used to get into the current employment, type of employment, company/firm’s size, alignment between education background and job, average wages, waiting period for the graduate to get their first job, and distribution of job placement. The result of tracer study become the basis of improvement for the Faculty of Economics and Business UNS.
