To be well prepared as our future leaders, you will be required to undergo this journey :<\/p>\n

  1. Samapta (military based leadership program)<\/li>\n
  2. Six months comprehensive bankers training (you will be evaluated in the end of training)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n

    Minimum Qualifications<\/h2>\n

    Entrance Requirements :<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. S1 \/S2 from reputable universities with relevant field of studies<\/li>\n
    2. Proficient in English and submit your score in the application (TOEFL \/IELTS), we only accept score provided by official \/authorized institution<\/li>\n
    3. Current status is not married and willing to not get married during program (6 months)<\/li>\n
    4. No direct (nuclear) family currently working as an active employee of BNI<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
