Selain itu, pelatihan ini juga membantu dalam pengembangan karier dan persiapan sertifikasi profesional. Dengan keterampilan Microsoft Office yang baik, Tendik FEB akan lebih siap menghadapi tantangan di dunia digital dan dunia kerja modern.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prof. Tri Mulyaningsih, S.E., M.Si., Ph.D., Wakil Dekan Bidang Akademik dan Penelitian FEB UNS menyampaikan bahwa kegiatan ini merupakan fasilitas yang diberikan fakultas sebagai penguatan kapasitas Tendik FEB.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cSebelum kegiatan ini dilakukan, kami melakukan identifikasi, kebutuhan <em>capacity building-<\/em>nya apa? ternyata yang paling mendasar di bagian akademik adalah kemampuan microsoft\u00a0 office, kebetulan banyak yang perlu ditingkatkan. Harapannya mempermudah pekerjaan Teman-Teman Tendik, bisa lebih efektif, misalnya dalam membuat surat, bisa lebih cepat dan dengan format yang rapi\u201d paparnya.<\/p>\n<div class=\"flex max-w-full flex-col grow\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div class=\"min-h-8 text-message relative flex w-full flex-col items-end gap-2 text-start break-words whitespace-normal [.text-message+&amp;]:mt-5\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Staf yang memiliki keahlian Microsoft Office sangat vital dalam mendukung kelancaran dan efisiensi kerja di FEB.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"32\" data-end=\"555\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Dengan kemampuan mengoperasikan aplikasi seperti Word, Excel, dan PowerPoint, staf dapat mengelola data, menyusun laporan, membuat presentasi, serta memfasilitasi komunikasi dan kolaborasi dengan lebih efektif.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"32\" data-end=\"555\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Keahlian ini tidak hanya mempercepat proses administrasi, tetapi juga meningkatkan kualitas hasil kerja, sehingga menjadi nilai tambah penting dalam menunjang tugas sehari-hari.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Prof. Tri juga berharap para Tendik bisa menyampaikan apa yang bisa dieksplor lebih lanjut agar dapat meningkatkan keterampilannya.<\/p>\n<div class=\"flex max-w-full
