Kondisi pandemi Covid memberikan banyak pembelajaran yang bisa dipetik, terutama yang berhubungan dengan pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Terjadi perubahan cara kerja di semua bidang. Konsekuensi logis atas pandemi yang terjadi telah mengubah cara dan metode kerja, yakni adanya hybrid working, remote working,<\/em> perubahan cara dan disain perkantoran dengan memanfaatkan TI yang menuntut reskilling<\/em> dan upskilling<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Hal itu disampaikan Arifin Susanto, SE, M.Sc., Direktur Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) saat menjadi narasumber Studium\u00a0 General \u00a0“Strategic Talent Management fo The Post-Pandemic World” yang diselenggarakan oleh Program Studi S1 Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (FEB) Universitas Sebelas Maret, Jumat 11 Juni 2021.<\/p>\n

Selanjutnya dikatakan, \u201cGIG Economy<\/em>\u201d atau ekonomi yang berbasis freelance juga berkembang, tidak ada fix salary<\/em> dan basisnya project<\/em>. Anak-anak muda mulai banyak bekerja freelance dan bekerja untuk diri sendiri (self employed).<\/p>\n

Pandemi juga berdampak pada munculnya perubahan jenis pekerjaan dan lifestyle. Jika dulu para pegawai selalu bekerja dari kantor, maka sekarang bisa dilakukan di rumah, dasar bekerjanya dengan menggunakan teknologi informasi atau digital. Tren model bisnis kebiasaan baru pun berkembang pesat, misal bertumbuh pesatnya market place<\/em>.<\/p>\n

SDM yang berbasis talenta sangat diperlukan karena bisnis model atau proses kerja ke depan berubah total sehingga mau tidak mau, suka atau tidak suka, basisnya digital.<\/p>\n

Jutaan jenis pekerjaan pun bakal hilang dan diganti yang baru. World Economy Forum memperkirakan akan ada 75 juta jenis pekerjaan yang akan hilang, terutama untuk yang clerical, accounting & payroll, \u00a0administrative\/ secretary, customer service, factory worker, auditor dan lainnya. Dan akan ada 133 juta posisi pekerjaan baru yang akan muncul diantaranya data analyst dan scientist, AI & machine learning, software developer, general manager, new teach specialist, \u00a0IT service dan masih banyak lagi.<\/p>\n

Arifin merumuskan bagaimana membangun SDM unggul yang berbasis talenta, yaitu dengan \u00a0membangun SDM yang siap untuk \u00a0berubah, membangun kompetensi utama yakni Critical Thinking, Complex Problem Solving, Creativity and Innovation<\/em> (3C) dan Digital Technology<\/em> (1 D) serta mengoptimalkan intangible asset<\/em>.<\/p>\n

\u201cKita harus siap berubah, mengubah mindset <\/em>dan sistem kerja, tidak bisa kembali ke sejarah, dulu harus bertemu tatap muka, sekarang bisa dilakukan secara online. Siap bekerja tidak di kantor, namun bekerja bisa dilakukan dari jarak jauh, bisa dilakukan juga dari rumah. Beberapa skill harus dikuasai\u201d ungkapnya<\/p>\n

Arifin menambahkan, perguruan tinggi harus menyesuaikan, SDM nya harus ada reskilling dan upskilling, silabusnya harus berbasis STIM (sains, teknologi, seni dan matematika) yang berbasis teknologi.<\/p>\n

Untuk membangun SDM yang siap berubah juga harus mensupport pekerjaan ke depannya. Cara-cara melamar pekerjaan di masa sekarang ini berbeda sekali. Nilai akademik tidak akan dilihat, namun kemampuan IT dan kemampuan di bidang lainnya akan menjadikan\u00a0 perhatian lebih.<\/p>\n
