Berbagai survei terhadap bisnis di Indonesia dari usaha kecil sampai besar rata-rata dinominasi \u00a0bisnis keluarga hingga mencapai 73%. \u00a0Bisnis keluarga juga sebagai penyumbang Gross Domestic Product (GDP), \u00a0jumlahnya di atas 40% .<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Di sisi kepemilikannya, Bisnis keluarga terbagi menjadi dua yakni family managed firms dan family owned firm. Family managed firms, keluarga akan mempertahankan saham mayoritas dan pengelolaannya jauh lebih rumit karena faktor emotion yang lebih tinggi. \u00a0Sedangkan dalam family managed firms, pemilik meng-hire profesional untuk menjalankan perusahaan agar berkembang lebih baik, pemilik hanya sebagai pengambil kebijakan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Hal itu disampaikan Dr. Mugi Harsono, M.Si, Wakil Dekan Bidang Kemahasiswaan dan Alumi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Sebelas Maret (FEB UNS) saat menjadi narasumber di Webinar yang diselenggarakan oleh Universitas Maritim Raja Ali Haji , Sabtu 18 Juli 2020.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00a0\u201cPandemi Covid-19 sangat berdampak bagi bisnis keluarga. \u00a0Untuk melindungi bisnis keluarga, \u00a0pemilik dapat mendelegasikan tanggung jawab kepada yang ahli, membuat rencana kontingensi untuk pekerja, memprioritaskan aktivitas bisnis yang penting, peduli pada aliran kas karena kas adalah jantungnya perusahaan \u00a0serta \u00a0memperkuat komunikasi dengan stakeholder inti, konsumen atau penyandang dana dan seterusnya\u201d Jelasnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Selanjutkan disampaikan, kelebihan bisnis keluarga adalah ketika menghadapi resesi finansial adalah masih bisa bicara menggunakan hati dan tidak pakai rasio, mengembangkan hubungan yang terbuka dan harmonis di antara anggota keluarga.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Strategi yang harus ditempuh bisnis keluarga dalam menghadapi Covid-19 adalah dengan strategi adaptif berdasarkan keunggulan kompetisi lalu dikompromikan dengan kondisi yang ada. Diantara strategi itu yakni redudancy, melakukan pengembangan sistem dan sumber daya cadangan untuk melindungi perusahaan manakala menghadapi gempuran dan memastikan agar operasional perusahaan tetap berjalan. Selain itu modularity, \u00a0kita mengajak pihak lain untuk bersama dengan perusahaan kita untuk membuat kepemimpinan yang kuat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Strategi lainnya adalah mitigasi, secara cepat berevolusi ke market yang baru, dengan penjualan online, menciptakan produk dengan konsumen walaupun jaraknya jauh, intinya merespon perubahan yang sangat cepat. Hal lain yang juga penting dalam menghadapi pandemi adalah symbiosis, \u00a0kita mengembangkan kedekatan hubungan dekat dengan pelaku-pelaku penting, yakni bank, kreditur, konsumen, \u00a0pemerintah, dan seterusnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Selanjutnya, simplification, \u00a0\u00a0mengurangi kompleksitas, memangkas birokrasi yang bertele-tele untuk mengatasi kelangkaan sumber daya serta heterogenity dengan mempromosikan keragaman dalam portofolio.
