Demikian halnya bagi Unit Kegiatan Masyarakat (UKM) yang mau tidak mau, suka atau tidak suka harus mengikuti perubahan yang semakin cepat jika tidak ingin terlindas.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_11131\" style=\"width: 370px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-11131\" class=\"wp-image-11131\" src=\"http:\/\/feb.uns.ac.id\/feb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/WhatsApp-Image-2019-10-28-at-20.40.28.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"360\" height=\"270\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-11131\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><em>Kembang Goyang dengan Kemasan yang Lebih Menarik<\/em><\/p><\/div>\n<p>Dari\u00a0 fenomena tersebut, Tim Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Sebelas Maret (FEB UNS) yang terdiri dari Suryandari Istiqomah, SE, M.Sc, Yeni Fajaryanti SE, M,Si dan Amina Sukma Dewi, SE, M.Si melakukan pembinaan kepada\u00a0 UKM Camilan tradisional Kembang Goyang \u201cBu Ninik\u201d di daerah nglorog, Bulaksari, Sragen.<\/p>\n<p>Suryandari Istiqomah kepada Media FEB menyatakan bahwa selama ini UKM tersebut hanya berfokus pada pasar tradisional. Hanya\u00a0 terbatas menggunakan media pemasaran dari mulut ke mulut saja atau getok tular.<\/p>\n<p>Tim melakukan inovasi produk yakni dengan memperbaiki kemasan dan memberikan berbagai varian rasa pada produk kembang goyang.<\/p>\n<p>Perbaikan kemasan dilakukan dengan melakukan desain kemasan yang lebih <em>eye cathing, <\/em>\u00a0yang menarik perhatian pelanggan, menggunakan stiker untuk kemasan plastik dengan warna yang menyala, kardus kemasan dengan desain yang biasa digunakan untuk pelanggan kelas premium, stiker untuk kemasan khusus seperti toples hantaran dan kardus oleh- oleh.<\/p>\n<p>Tim juga memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam pembuatan konten-konten pemasaran yang menarik dan diunggah ke media sosial. Pelatihan mencakup cara pemotretan dan pembuatan konten kreatif.<\/p>\n<p>Dengan penggunaan media sosial ini diharapkan cakupan penjualan produk camilan tradisional ini akan semakin luas dan merambah kalangan milenial.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDari hasil evaluasi kami, setelah camilan kembang goyang diubah kemasannya\u00a0 dan dipasarkan melalui facebook, penjualan produk meningkat, banyak respon positif\u201d paparnya.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Perkembangan teknologi \u00a0informasi yang demikian pesatnya, memacu seluruh sektor bisnis untuk mampu beradaptasi.
