Selain itu, juga melakukan evaluasi guna menunjang akreditasi program studi.[\/vc_wp_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_tta_tabs][vc_tta_section title=”Lowongan & Training” tab_id=”1558071310827-80044c09-6be2″][vc_masonry_grid post_type=”post” max_items=”10″ grid_id=”vc_gid:1677243830942-86b97d76-5612-1″ taxonomies=”182″][vc_column_text]\"\"<\/a> \"\"<\/a>\"\"<\/a>\"\"<\/a>\"\"<\/a>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Pre Job Training” tab_id=”1558320671419-64d6eaa0-c985″][vc_wp_text]Kegiatan Pre-Job Training bertujuan untuk memberikan pembekalan yang spesifik tentang cara memilih bidang pekerjaan, kiat mencari kerja, serta teknik dan strategi di dalam menghadap seleksi, akan menentukan keberhasilan lulusan FEB UNS dalam mendapatkan pekerjaan yang sesuai. Selain itu kegiatan Pre-Job Training diharapkan dapat meningkatkan daya saing lulusan dalam persaingan di dunia kerja dan meningkatkan kepercayaan diri calon lulusan FEB UNS. Kegiatan Pre-Job Training dilakukan 2 kali selama setahun dengan pembicara praktisi pengguna lulusan dan praktisi psikologi.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>\"\"<\/a>[\/vc_wp_text][vc_masonry_grid post_type=”post” max_items=”10″ grid_id=”vc_gid:1677243830944-d282d3a9-37b9-6″ taxonomies=”184″][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Tracer Study” tab_id=”1677243898426-4f0edbe5-833f”][vc_wp_text]Kegiatan Tracer study bertujuan untuk melakukan pelacakan alumni FEB UNS. Kegiatan ini dilakukan kepada alumni yang lulus pada N-1 (tahun sebelumnya). Indicator yang diukur dalam tracer studi ini antara lain, jumlah yang sudah bekerja, lulusan yang berniat studi lanjut, lulusan yang berpindah pekerjaan, sumber informasi alumni untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan, jenis pekerjaan, bidang pekerjaan, skala perusahaan, keterkaitan bidang pekerjaan dengan pendidikan, rata-rata gaji pertama lulusan, rata-rata masa tunggu kerja pertama lulusan, dan persebaran wilayah kerja. Hasil dari tracer study tersebut menjadi bahan masukan bagi pengembangan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis UNS.<\/p>\n
