Mastery of competence in the field of business management is carried out in the following ways:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Providing theory and practice courses in the field of business management starting from the introduction of the pillars of management to how to develop entrepreneurial character and basic provisions to prepare for entrepreneurship. Teaching and Learning activities are conducted with discussions from Lecturers for Students and vice versa while working on DIII MB FEB UNS Study Program modules that are tailored to cases that are common in the world of work.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>PBM quality improvement. PBM quality improvement is carried out with variations in the method of delivering learning through the screening of videos and appropriate cases that occur in the field and then appointed in lectures a day- day.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Competency enhancement. Competency improvement is done by bringing business practitioners (both employees and employers) directly and presenting to public lectures.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Improved soft skills in the field of communication through Communication &amp; Assertiveness Skill Training.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Provision of simulation laboratories and business management competencies by FEB UNS (Import Export Simulation Laboratory, Banking Simulation Laboratory, Accounting and Taxation Simulation Laboratory, and Islamic Banking Competence Laboratory) to support mastery of student competencies and skills.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Facilities<\/p>\n<p>Facilities that used by study programs for the learning process already using a computer connected to a wide network \/ internet. Hardware used in the learning process in the DIII Business Management Study Program for monitors using a 15 &#8216;white monitor, CPUs using Intel Pentium (1.80Ghz and 2.60Ghz), Ram 256.384 and 512MB, Maxtor HD 20.8 Gb and 30.7 Fig. The software used for practical lectures is:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>PoM for Windows<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>It is software for solving cases in the field of operations and production management. This application is used in every relevant practice course eg quality control, inventory planning, scheduling. In addition, it is also taught for 1 (one) semester to use this software optimally.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Human Resources Information System<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Is a software for managing information about human resource management. This software is a design of lecturers of Business Management D3 Study Program (Sinto Sunaryo, SE, MSi, Sarwoto, SE, MSc, Lilik Wahyudi, SE, MSi) assisted by the Programmer of the Faculty of Economics and Business (Ngadimin, S.Kom, M.Kom) .<\/p>\n<p>The e-learning program has also begun to be used by DIII Business Management Study Program lecturers to be accessible directly to students regarding syllabus, assignments and others. The library can also be accessed directly by students and lecturers through the web site <a href=\"http:\/\/digilib.uns.ac.id\">http:\/\/digilib.uns.ac.id<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cooperation<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The collaboration includes training and internship activities for students, research, practicing lectures, field lectures and others. Some external parties that have collaborated with DIII MB FEB UNS include PT. Sinar Sosro Tbk, PT. Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Tbk, Bank BNI, ATMI, PT. Air Mancur, PT. Djarum Kudus, PT. Coca Cola Bottling Semarang, PT GE Lighting Indonesia, PT Bina Guna Kimia and others. The achievement of the objectives of debriefing is proven by the existence of several companies that submitted requests for graduates from the DIII MB Study Program FEB UNS such as: CV. Agung Rejeki Jaya, CV. Putra Kalingga, CV. Nusa Indah, Amanda Publishers and Printing, PT. Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food Tbk. Several other institutions have conducted comparative studies at the DIII MB FEB UNS Study Program, namely the Academy of Industrial Technology in Padang, West Sumatra, Jakarta&#8217;s Corporate Leadership Academy. Fund Donations\u00a0Every student who passed donated in book funds to increase the library collection by coordinating the FEB UNS Library Unit.\u00a02. Input to improve the learning process\u00a0With input from various alumni, it was used as a reference to make improvements in the learning process through curricular improvements, course design, quality of course material, and lecture methods. Based on these inputs, it was followed up with curriculum workshops.\u00a03.
