The management study program is committed to developing knowledge, teaching and research in management and collaborating with industry in solving business problems and developing innovation in management. The management study program also collaborates with industry and the government to formulate curricula and courses oriented towards the industrial revolution 4.0. One of the study program’s leading courses is managerial simulation practice, a course that integrates theoretical understanding skills and managerial practical skills, so as to produce graduates with industry-appropriate competencies. The management study program maintains the quality of the academic climate and teaching and learning process by implementing quality standards in accordance with national and international certification criteria such as BAN PT accreditation (accreditation A), AUN QA, and AACSB members. Various national and international level academic activities are held by management study programs such as organizing international conferences and national seminars. Several teaching staff actively publish research in reputable journals and receive prestigious grants at international level (ERASMUS +)

The S1 Accounting Study Program prioritizes fostering an atmosphere of academic freedom supported by information technology. This is supported by the study program’s commitment to produce graduates who have good basic information systems and information technology. S1 Accounting students master and are certified in SAP Software. In addition, the study program also upholds ethics to produce graduates who are competent and ready to compete both nationally and internationally. This is proven by the success of the study program in producing excellent graduates in the field of Public Sector Accounting. 70% of S1 Accounting graduates are accepted to work in government agencies, study program collaborations with Regional Government and Central Government).
Bachelor of Accounting Study Program accredited Superior (A) from BAN PT in 2018. Study Program also has an extensive network and actively participates in the activities of professional organizations and higher education networks, both nationally and internationally. This goal is demonstrated by becoming an international member of AAPBS and an international member of EFMD-EPAS.

The Development Economics Study Program plays a very important role in making decisions or policies in a private company, government agency, BUMN, or the banking world. Students who enter this study program will be equipped with in-depth knowledge of human and institutional resources, business economics, monetary and international economics, and development planning. S1 Study Program Development Economics is designed to produce graduates who can adapt to a dynamic work environment in both the private sector and the public sector.

With the limited number of Digital Business Study Programs in Indonesia, this Study Program will have a high contribution to scientific development, especially in the fields of digital finance, digital marketing, and digital governance. The field of digital governance has been partially covered in the Bachelor of Public Administration or Bachelor of Informatics study programs, but the focus of the Digital Business Study Program FEB UNS is on the application of governance in the business sector and data analysis used to make strategic business decisions, both in the government and private sector. Apart from that, digital finance and digital marketing science is also not widely studied (offered) at universities in Indonesia either through the D-3, D-4, S-1, or S-2 levels. FEB UNS Digital Business S-1 Study Program does not only focus on managing digital business, but also financial technology (fintech) which is currently experiencing very rapid development.
